For the 2023-2024 school year, our Tots class will meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30am – 9:30am.

Our Tots class is:

  • A caregiver & child class, where both can learn together through play and strengthen their connections.

  • A warm, welcoming space to connect with parents and get genuine, caring support from two teachers, parent educator, and other parents.

  • A safe and inclusive community that welcomes all children and parents as they are, even on the hardest days.

  • An opportunity to learn to interpret your child’s emotional cues and discover the needs behind behaviors that you find challenging.

Co-Teaching in each class

RVCP’s co-teaching model, with two teachers in each class, is at the root of our ability to implement our unique social-emotional learning focus and authentically individualize for each child’s needs, strengths, and interests. Having two teachers present also enables better support of the children, and helps us maintain low child to adult ratios to create an engaging, positive environment.
